Torreón, Coahuila. – De seis meses hasta cinco años de prisión, podrían pasar la madre y hermano de un niño, quienes lo golpearon y dejaron desnudo en una plaza pública de Torreón.
El pasado martes, a las 23:32 horas la Dirección de Seguridad Pública Municipal (DSPM) recibió un reporte de maltrato infantil en la colonia Hacienda Santa María.
Los agentes acudieron y los recibió una vecina, quien informó lo que le había pasado a Ángel ‘N’ de 11 años.
Tras enterarse de lo sucedido y tener la descripción de los presuntos culpables, se procedió a la búsqueda y fueron ubicados metros más adelante.
Se trata de Sonia ‘N’ de 48 años y José ‘N’ de 24 años, a quienes se les notificó de su detención y puesta a disposición del Ministerio Público (MP), por los delitos que les resulten.
Al respecto, la DSPM señaló que se turnó el caso a la Procuraduría de los Niños, Niñas y la Familia (PRONNIF), sin embargo, la dependencia estatal no se ha pronunciado al respecto ni informado dónde quedó el infante y quién está a su cargo.
En ese contexto, el abogado Francisco Del Río, especialista en el tema, comentó que, de presentarse la denuncia, ratificar y dar el seguimiento correspondiente, así como determinar que son culpables, el castigo llegaría hasta los cinco años de cárcel.
Se espera que la Pronnif detalle cómo está actuando para brindar la protección a la víctima y, conforme a los protocolos, pueda tener una mejor calidad de vida.
