Posterior al primer debate organizado por el Instituto Electoral de Coahuila, el candidato de la Coalición Rescatemos Coahuila, Lenin Pérez aseguró que este tipo de foros para debatir las propuestas, es una inmejorable oportunidad para que la sociedad coahuilense, conozca el desempeño, experiencia y la propuesta de cada uno de los candidatos.
Este debate ciudadano, estará compuesto por la participación de expertos y panelistas en materia de participación ciudadana, democracia, ciudadanía y gobierno abierto.
